Tomer is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. Certification isn’t a membership or an award. It means the State Bar tested his knowledge in this field, verified his experience handling these cases, and confirmed his standing with the profession. About 150 attorneys in San Diego County hold it.
He has guided hundreds of families through probate and estate administration. His background in finance shapes how he runs a case, because most of what makes a probate expensive isn’t the law. It’s an estate that wasn’t valued properly, a house that sat too long, or a filing that came back with a defect nobody caught.
